About us
Everything started in 1986 when the idea of simplifying everyday life for restaurants with rinsed and ready-cut lettuce.
It started on a very small scale and over the years has resulted in us being one of the largest suppliers of pre-cut salad, fruit & vegetables as well as ready meal solutions on the Scandinavian market. Our customers are in retail, foodservice and industry, but we also have private lable production for retail and restaurant chains.
Part of Greenfood
Salico has been part of Greenfood for a couple of years now. With their 1,500 employees and a turnover of SEK 4.7 billion, they are one of the Nordics' leading groups in healthy food. Some brands within the family are SallaCarte, Daily Greens, Picadeli and Greendeli.
We drive Salico forward by being responsive to market trends and by continuously developing new products in consultation with our customers' wishes and needs.
