The process

In our three processing plants – the Salad Factory, the Vegetable Factory and the Food Factory – we produce over 10,000 tonnes of fresh cut and processed fruit and vegetables a year. We pick over, cut, wash and spin produce six days a week throughout the year.

Based on specific product specifications, we process products such as sliced apples, tomatoes and lettuce on production lines to guarantee high, consistent quality down to the smallest piece of lettuce. Other products, such as fruit salads, are processed manually with unique precision and commitment.

Some of our production equipment is completely unique and has been developed and refined over several years while working closely with committed and demanding contractors.
