Production

From the outset, we have worked with customers who have very strict requirements regarding efficient production and high-quality results. Some of our production equipment is unique. We have developed and refined our equipment over the years, while working closely with committed and demanding contractors.

Salico is certified in accordance with the BRC Global Food Safety Standards (BRC) and the McDonald's Supplier Quality Management System (SQMS). Salico uses SAI Global/Scandinavia and the relevant AIB as certification company for the audits.

Salico is also certified by SMAK to produce KRAV and EU-regulated organic products.
